The Company has adopted a Code of Conduct, which complies with the highest standards of integrity, honesty and ethics in dealing with all its stakeholders, including directors, managers, employees, customers, suppliers, competitors, shareholders and society at large. The Code also stipulates policies and guidelines regarding the personal conduct of employees. All new staff receives a copy of the Code and a presentation on the Code as part of the induction process.
The company realizes the uniqueness of each staff member, and values the contribution that each one makes to its success. To this end, it fosters a warm and fun work environment, and promotes strict virtue of discipline and respect of self, of colleagues and of company. It commits itself to promote the unitary growth of company and the individual growth of staff. It adheres to strict anti-corruption guidelines for all people in its operations, and encourages clean and fair engagement with its suppliers.

Emily Cheruiyot – Director
Emily Cheruiyot is an experienced technology sales professional. Starting off in sales of Dell Inc. products at Microlan Limited, a Dell partner in Nairobi Kenya, she grew through the ranks over eight years to become the General Manager for Microlan in Kericho. In this position, she was in charge of sales and operations across 12 counties in the Rift Valley, Western and Nyanza regions in Kenya. She has a B.Ed degree from Kenyatta University and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree from the same university.

Purity Aluoch Kongere - Director
Purity is an accomplished Marketing and Public Relations practitioner in Kenya. She brings a wealth of experience in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Rwanda spanning seven years covering a varied scope to head our Marketing strategy team. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Media Science from Moi University, Kenya. |
Kennedy Ojung’a - Chief Executive
Kennedy is the Chief Executive of Inspira Africa. Prior to this, Kennedy was the Head of Strategic Partnerships for Africa at Vodafone Global Enterprises. He has held senior positions in product management, project management, sales and business development in Safaricom Limited and several multinational pharmaceutical companies including Pfizer and Sanofi. His responsibilities spanned Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania. Kennedy has strong leadership, sales and business management skills with extensive experience in Africa. He brings experience in managing start-up technology companies, and business transformation and process alignment. He has a wealth of experience in mobile services as well as enterprise technology services. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and Chemistry and an MBA from the University of Nairobi. |
